Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery is widely used by consumers in Sri Lanka. You can choose Cash on Delivery for orders for any amount. You can do the payment by Cash once you receive your order from our shop or the courier partners. But Due to some reasons Cash on Delivery May not available for some products.
You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the Pre Order. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product or you may cancel your order and request for a full refund.
• Forttune Channels guarantees that the products are free from deficiencies. The company warrants that all products provided to the customers are all genuine, original and new components, and are suitable for the purpose intended.
• The warranty will be according to the manufacturer Standards. If the customer wishes to get an extended warranty above the offered warranty, they can do so by paying the additional amount when purchasing the product.
• Warranty covers only the manufacture defects & fabric defects; warranty does not cover physical damages & other damages occurred by natural disasters or acts of God, damages for items such as burn marks, corrosion, scratch marks, damage against lightening, damages due to unauthorized tempering, nature disaster, etc….
Manufactures or its agent reserve the right to replace/ repair/ refund or replacement with a different model of items with similar features. A period of 15 to 30 days will be required for any replacement / repair for defective items. Original invoice must be produced for warranty claims and serial number of items must be infecting with each item. this from the date of the invoice. The return should be in saleable condition.
Unavailability Of Product / Product Out Of Stock
In the event of a stock unavailability, Forttune Channels will inform the customer within 3 working days, and the payment can be refunded within 5 working days. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for unavailability of product is the refund of the money paid. Placement of an order including the payment of the order value by the Customer will be construed as an offer.

Sometimes, delivery time depends on the stock availability of the delivery locations. We may sometimes cancel the order & refund you the money back to your account depending on the stock availability of the delivery location & if it takes more time to send a new one from warehouse.
Sometimes, products with Website and App only discounts and offers may not applicable for free delivery. Please read the delivery section of the related product information page before ordering.
• Customers have the right to return products within 2 days of purchase back to the company,
• Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, the product should be returned within 24 hours.
• If the product does not function up to the expected standards that it should function as it normally should under normal working conditions. customers should return the products within 2 days of purchase.
• The product appears used or not in original condition. (The product must be returned to the company immediately)
Conditions for Returns
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Forttune Channels packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
Valid reasons to return an item
Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
Invalid reasons to return an item
Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) etc…; – not eligible for refunds or returns
All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by Forttune Channels. Further processing back to your credit card / bank account may require additional time depending on the bank / institution for which Forttune Channels cannot be held liable.
